Welch Allyn, a leading global manufacturer of frontline medical products and solutions, today announced that it has partnered with BPL Healthcare to provide easy access for medical practitioners, hospitals and the public health system at large in India to state-of-the-art products, world class service and localized training programs. The new RADIANT X-ray range

The BPL Radiant x-ray range has just added a new dimension to the diagnostic equipment offering from BPL: Dental x-ray, Portable x-ray, Mobile x-ray, Fixed x-ray and Mobile C-ARM solutions for clinics, polyclinics, diagnostic centers, nursing homes and hospitals. Manufactured in BIS & AERB approved facility & configurations, and design support from our R&D, these products would soon graduate towards the incorporating affordable High Frequency generators and Digital Radiography solutions.

BPL launches Mobifones in Kerala & Tamilnadu:

BPL mobifones have launched a range of handsets, GSM desktop phones and Stereo Docking station for its FM phones in Kerala & Tamilnadu.

These phones have been developed in collaboration with Texas Instruments, the world leader in GSM/GPRS wireless technology and leading manufacturer of wireless semiconductors.”

BPL mobifone business philosophy is to provide the highest quality at the entry level price point, top class responsive service at this end of the market.

The product: The handsets use the latest integrated electronic information management system developed by Texas Instruments. This is an extremely robust technology and makes the handsets very reliable and simple to use.

BPL mobifone products have undergone some of the most stringent quality and performance evaluation process conducted by Seven Layers of Germany and the UK.

A world class manufacturing facility in Bangalore has been set up where these phones are manufactured to the most stringent quality and performance standards required for the Indian market.

BPL mobiphones are equipped with the latest features like dual band, polyphonic ringtones, 500 phone entries etc. Except the most basic model all phones will have colour displays.

BPL Products are now Telemedicine Enabled:

The BPL range of bedside/ multi-parameter monitors can be hooked on to the internet via broadband, telephone modem or via mobile GPRS to stream the vital sign signals live over the network. The industry standard TCP/IP protocol is used. BPL’s e-CNS installed on a computer running Windows XP which is linked to this network can view the patient’s vital signs, real time.
